Amelie Distribution has opened its doors and is trading. Having started with our Restaurant in Cambridge, called Amelie selling the signature bases, we are now delivering around the UK.
We work with the world leading manufacturer Gusto Palatino in Germany to provide high quality Skinny Pizza bases to you. These bases are also know as Flammkuchen, Flammekueche, or Tarte Flambee.

According to UK Hospitality, the staff shortages we are facing will create a loss of 21bn to our industry. Our aim is to offer you a simple product that can be taught to anyone in minutes and cooked in seconds - offering a solution to the increasing issues we face today.
